What is the leagues' playing format?
All of our indoor adult leagues are played on quarter fields measuring approximately 52m in length and 30m in width, allowing for a 6v6 playing format (5+ a goalkeeper).
Co-ed leagues require a minimum of two females on the field at all times.
How does team registration work?
Team registrations can be done online through our website. Payments can be made using either Visa or MasterCard. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to secure a team spot, the remaining balance is scheduled for a post-dated payment, 1 week after the league start date.
How does individual registration work?
Individual registrations are also done online through our website. Teams will be formed from the pool of individual registrants, roster size may vary from 12-15 players maximum. Payment in full is required and can be done using either Visa or MasterCard. The individual registration fee includes a jersey, shorts, and socks.

What is the leagues' age requirement?
All players must be a minimum 18 years of age to play in the Milton Adult Soccer League.
For our Friday Men's O35 league, all players must be a minimum 35 years of age. If a player is 34 years old at the time of registration, but is turning 35 before the end of the season, they are eligible to play.
All participants must complete and pay their Player Registration Fee ($25.00) prior to playing in any MASL game. The Player Registration Fee allows participants to register for any adult league team in the MASL for the year (Fall 2022, Winter 2023, Summer 2023).
League prizes
Winning playoff teams will receive a set of championship t-shirts and a large team trophy.
The winner of the Sunday Men's Super League will receive a cash prize of $5000.00, presented by FTF Canada.
