What is the leagues' playing format?
All of our indoor adult leagues are played on quarter fields measuring approximately 52m in length and 30m in width, allowing for a 6v6 playing format (5+ a goalkeeper).
9v9 co-ed leagues require a minimum of three females on the field at all times.

How does team registration work?
Team registrations can be done online through our website. Payments can be made using any type of credit card including AMEX. A minimum deposit of $500.00 + HST is required to secure a team spot, the remaining balance is scheduled for a post-dated payment on the day the league starts
How does individual registration work?
Individual registrations are also done online through our website. Teams will be formed from the pool of individual registrants, roster size may vary from 12-15 players maximum. Payment in full is required and can be done using either Visa or MasterCard. The individual registration fee includes a jersey, shorts, and socks.

What is the leagues' age requirement?
All players must be a minimum 18 years of age to play in the Milton Adult Soccer League.
For our Friday Men's O35 league, all players must be a minimum 35 years of age. If a player is 34 years old at the time of registration, but is turning 35 before the end of the season, they are eligible to play.
If a team exceeds their permitted roster size, 15 players for indoor, 18 players for outdoor, each additional player must pay a $50.00 player registration fee.
